For Access token, click on your profile and go to profile settings and scroll down and copy the access token.
For webchat Inbox ID, click on conversations and select your inbox. Copy the ID number at the end of the url.
Copy all the information you have collected so far. Inside NewAge AI dashboard, click on “Bots” and scroll down till you see Chatwoot.
Click and Chatwoot and click on “Add New Chatwoot Bot”
Paste the required information in the fields and click on Add.
Your Chatwoot is now successfully integrated with NewAge AI.
Using Bot Automations Inside Chatwoot:
Once your connection is established, click on “Create Bot” and choose the blank template with Chatwoot icon.
This bot will now serve the purpose for automation inside the inbox that you selected when integrating chatwoot.
